मेंटेनेंस -जरूरी चीज है बैटरी का सही मेंटेनेंस. नियमित रूप से बैटरी के पानी लेवल को चेक करें और अगर कम हो तो डिस्टिल्ड वाटर डालें. बैटरी में साधारण पानी न डालें, क्योंकि बैटरी को नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है.

टर्मिनल -चेक बैटरी के टर्मिनल साफ हों और उन पर कोई जंग न लगा हो. अगर टर्मिनल्स पर जंग लगा हो तो साफ करें. बैटरी लाइफ बढ़ाने में मदद मिलेगी.

लोड -जितने ज्यादा उपकरण इनवर्टर से चलाएंगे, उतनी ही तेजी से बैटरी डिस्चार्ज होगी. इसलिए केवल उपकरणों जैसे पंखे, लाइट और लैपटॉप को ही इनवर्टर से चलाएं. एयर कंडीशनर समेत अन्य उपकरण चलाने से बचें, क्योंकि ये बैटरी पर दबाव डालते हैं.

Load - The more appliances you run from the inverter, the faster the battery will discharge. Therefore, run only appliances like fans, lights and laptops from the inverter. Avoid running other appliances including air conditioners, as they put pressure on the battery.

जगह -बैटरी को ठंडी और हवादार जगह पर रखें. ज्यादा गर्मी बैटरी की परफॉर्मेंस को कम कर सकती है और उम्र को भी घटा सकती है. इनवर्टर और बैटरी को हमेशा ऐसी जगह पर रखें जहां उचित वेंटिलेशन हो और सीधी धूप न पड़ती हो. 

Place - Keep the battery in a cool and ventilated place. Excessive heat can reduce the performance of the battery and also reduce its life. Always keep the inverter and battery in a place where there is proper ventilation and there is no direct sunlight.

चार्ज -बैटरी को सही से चार्ज करना जरूरी है. बैटरी को कभी भी पूरी से डिस्चार्ज न होने दें, उसमें चार्जिंग रखें. साथ घर की जरूरत के हिसाब से सही क्षमता वाला इनवर्टर और बैटरी चुनें. साथ ही समय पर बैटरी की सर्विसिंग कराते रहें.
