एजुकेशन (Education)
जूनियर एग्जीक्यूटिव (इंजीनियरिंग): मैकेनिकल, इलेक्ट्रिकल, इंस्ट्रूमेंटेशन, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, सिविल या केमिकल इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा।
Junior Executive (Engineering): Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil or Chemical Engineering.
एसोसिएट एग्जीक्यूटिव (इंजीनियरिंग): संबंधित स्ट्रीम में बी.टेक/बीई/बीएससी (इंजीनियरिंग)।
Associate Executive (Engineering): B.Tech/BE/BSc (Engineering) in relevant stream.
जूनियर एग्जीक्यूटिव (अकाउंट्स): ग्रेजुएशन की डिग्री के साथ इंटर सीए या इंटर सीएमए।
Junior Executive (Accounts): Inter CA or Inter CMA with graduation degree.
एसोसिएट एग्जीक्यूटिव (क्वालिटी एश्योरेंस): ऑर्गेनिक, फिजिकल, इन ऑर्गेनिक या एनालिटिकल केमिस्ट्री के साथ एम.एससी (केमिस्ट्री) डिग्री।
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): M.Sc (Chemistry) degree with Organic, Physical, In Organic or Analytical Chemistry.
सेक्रेटरी : 10वीं और 12वीं कक्षा पास और ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री।
Secretary: 10th and 12th class pass and graduation degree.
सिलेक्शन (Selection)
उम्मीदवार योग्यता और अनुभव के बेसिस पर शॉर्टलिस्ट होगा, उस बाद रिटन एग्जाम होगा, फिर केस-आधारित डिस्कशन, ग्रुप टास्क और पर्सनल इंटरव्यू होगा।
The candidate will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and experience, after that there will be a written exam, then case-based discussion, group task and personal interview.
सैलरी (Salary)
जूनियर एग्जीक्यूटिव: 30,000 - 1,20,000 रु/माह (11.86 लाख सालाना), एसोसिएट एग्जीक्यूटिव: 40,000 - 1,40,000 रु/माह (16.64 लाख सलाना)।
Junior Executive: Rs 30,000 - 1,20,000 / month (11.86 lakhs per annum), Associate Executive: Rs 40,000 - 1,40,000 / month (16.64 lakhs per annum).
उम्र (Age)
30 - 35 साल, ओबीसी, एससी और एसटी समेत आरक्षित वर्ग : सरकारी नियमानुसार उम्र सीमा में छूट।

फीस (Fees)
यूआर, ओबीसी, एनसीएल, ईडब्ल्यूएस : 1000 + 180 जीएसटी, एससी, एसटी, पीडब्ल्यूबीडी : नि:शुल्क।
