सीएफएफ फ्लूइड कंट्रोल लिमिटेड कंपनी को कंपनी अधिनियम, 1956 के अंतर्गत 16 फ़रवरी, 2012 को महाराष्ट्र के कंपनी रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा फ्लैश फोर्ज फ्लूइड कंट्रोल प्राइवेट लिमिटेड में निगमित किया था। सितंबर 2012 के विशेष प्रस्ताव द्वारा हमारी कंपनी का नाम बदलकर सीएफएफ फ्लूइड कंट्रोल प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कर दिया गया। नाम परिवर्तन के परिणामस्वरूप नया निगमन प्रमाणपत्र 19 अक्टूबर, 2012 को महाराष्ट्र के कंपनी रजिस्ट्रार द्वारा जारी किया गया।

CFF Fluid Control Limited Company was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 on February 16, 2012 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra as Flash Forge Fluid Control Private Limited. By special resolution dated September 2012 the name of our Company was changed to CFF Fluid Control Private Limited. Consequent to the change of name a new Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra on October 19, 2012.

सीएफएफ फ्लूइड कंट्रोल लिमिटेड भारतीय रक्षा पीएसयू शिपयार्ड के लिए पनडुब्बी मशीनरी, महत्वपूर्ण घटक प्रणाली और परीक्षण सुविधाओं का निर्माण और सेवा करता है। इस उत्पाद पोर्टफोलियो में द्रव नियंत्रण प्रणाली, वितरक और वायु पैनल, हथियार और नियंत्रण प्रणाली, स्टीयरिंग गियर, प्रणोदन प्रणाली, उच्च दबाव वायु प्रणाली, हाइड्रोलिक्स सिस्टम, श्वास और डाइविंग एयर सिस्टम आदि हैं।

CFF Fluid Control Limited manufactures and services submarine machinery, critical component systems and test facilities for Indian defence PSU shipyards. This product portfolio includes fluid control systems, distributors and air panels, weapons and control systems, steering gear, propulsion systems, high pressure air systems, hydraulics systems, breathing and diving air systems, etc.

इसकी विनिर्माण सुविधा खोपोली में स्थित है, जो 6,000 वर्ग मीटर में फैली है और इसमें नवीनतम मशीनरी और परीक्षण सुविधाएं हैं। इसके पास पुणे के चाकन औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में पाइपलाइन में एक अतिरिक्त विनिर्माण सुविधा है, जो महत्वपूर्ण और जटिल प्रणालियों के निर्माण के लिए 1,950 वर्ग मीटर में फैली है। कंपनी ने भारतीय पनडुब्बी रोधी युद्ध शैलो वाटर क्राफ्ट कार्यक्रम के लिए 12 कम आवृत्ति वाले परिवर्तनीय गहराई वाले सोनार सिस्टम का उत्पादन करने के लिए एटलस इलेक्ट्रोनिक जीएमबीएच के साथ साझेदारी है।

Its manufacturing facility is located in Khopoli, spread over 6,000 sq m and has the latest machinery and test facilities. It has an additional manufacturing facility in the pipeline at Chakan Industrial Area, Pune, spread over 1,950 sq m for manufacturing critical and complex systems. The company has a partnership with Atlas Elektronik GmbH to produce 12 low frequency variable depth sonar systems for the Indian Anti-Submarine Warfare Shallow Water Craft programme.
