एजुकेशन (Education)

ओडिशा राज्य का स्थायी निवासी चाहिए, उसे ओडिया भाषा बोलना, पढ़ना और लिखना आए, रोजगार रिकॉर्ड साफ-सुथरा (बेदाग) चाहिए, किसी भी आपराधिक मामले में दोषी नहीं ठहराया हो, नौकरी करते किसी गंभीर विभागीय कार्रवाई में दोषी न पाया हो, यदि वह विवाहित है, तो उसकी एक से अधिक पत्नियां नहीं चाहिए, ओडिशा पुलिस में एएसआई/एसआर/इंस्पेक्टर के पद पर काम हो, रिटायरमेंट से पहले लगातार 60 महीनों तक अच्छा सीसीआर/पीएआर (कार्य मूल्यांकन रिपोर्ट) चाहिए, रिटायरमेंट से पहले उसे सरकारी आवास खाली करना चाहिए।
