नेटवर्क स्लो या बार-बार कॉल ड्रॉप; ऐप्स मदद (Network slow or frequent call drops; Apps help)

भारत में मोबाइल फोन यूज वालों की संख्या लगभग 120 -125 करोड़ है. इतनी आबादी टेलिकॉम सर्विस पर निर्भर है – चाहे कॉल करनी हो, इंटरनेट चलाना हो या वीडियो देखना हो. बहुत से रोज खराब नेटवर्क, स्लो इंटरनेट और कॉल ड्रॉप जैसी समस्याओं से परेशान हैं. इन्हीं समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए भारत सरकार की संस्था ट्राई (टेलीकॉम रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी ऑफ इंडिया) ने अहम हैं.

The number of mobile phone users in India is approximately 120-125 crores. Such a large population is dependent on telecom services – whether it is to make calls, surf the internet or watch videos. Many are troubled by problems like poor network, slow internet and call drops every day. To solve these problems, TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India), an institution of the Government of India, has taken important steps.

ऐप्स मदद -ट्राई और दूरसंचार विभाग ने पिछले साल एयरटेल, जियो, वोडाफोन आइडिया और बीएसएनएल जैसे सभी प्रमुख टेलिकॉम ऑपरेटरों के लिए नए नियम और गाइडलाइंस जारी थे ताकि मोबाइल यूजर्स को बेहतर सेवा मिल सके. साथ ट्राई ने दो मोबाइल ऐप्स हैं जिनसे समस्याएं सीधे रिपोर्ट कर सकते हैं – ये ऐप्स हैं ट्राई माईस्पीड और ट्राई माईकॉल.

Apps help - TRAI and the Department of Telecommunications had issued new rules and guidelines last year for all major telecom operators like Airtel, Jio, Vodafone Idea and BSNL so that mobile users can get better service. TRAI also has two mobile apps through which problems can be reported directly - these apps are TRAI MySpeed ​​and TRAI MyCall.

 ट्राई माईस्पीड ऐप -अगर लगता है कि मोबाइल इंटरनेट स्लो चल रहा है, तो ट्राई माईस्पीड ऐप मदद कर सकती है. यह ऐप नेटवर्क की असली स्पीड दिखाती है और स्पीड कम हो तो सीधे ऐप के जरिए ट्राई और टेलिकॉम ऑपरेटर को शिकायत भेज सकते हैं.

TRAI MySpeed ​​App - If you feel that the mobile internet is running slow, then TRAI MySpeed ​​​​app can help. This app shows the real speed of the network and if the speed is low, then you can send a complaint to TRAI and the telecom operator directly through the app.

इस्तेमाल ऐप को प्ले स्टोर से डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं. इंस्टॉल के बाद “परीक्षण शुरू” पर टैप करें. ऐप नेटवर्क का नाम और इंटरनेट स्पीड दिखाएगा. स्पीड कम हो तो रिपोर्ट पर शिकायत भेज सकते हैं.

You can download the app from Play Store. After installation, tap on “Start Testing”. The app will show the network name and internet speed. If the speed is low, you can send a complaint on the report.

ट्राई माईकॉल ऐप -अगर कॉल बार-बार कट रही है, आवाज साफ़ नहीं आ रही, या नेटवर्क वीक रहता है, तो ट्राई की माईकॉल ऐप काम की है. यह ऐप पर कॉल ड्रॉप और खराब नेटवर्क सिग्नल की रिपोर्टिंग के लिए है.

TRAI MyCall App - If the call is getting disconnected frequently, the voice is not clear, or the network is weak, then TRAI's MyCall App is useful. This app is for reporting call drops and poor network signal.

इस्तेमाल - माईकॉल  ऐप को प्ले स्टोर या ट्राई वेबसाइट से डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं. ऐप इंस्टॉल के बाद किसी भी कॉल के बाद क्वालिटी रेट कर सकते हैं और कमजोर सिग्नल या नेटवर्क दिक्कत की रिपोर्ट भी भेज सकते हैं. ट्राई को पता है कि किस एरिया में नेटवर्क की स्थिति खराब है और वे टेलिकॉम कंपनियों को सुधारने के निर्देश दे सकते हैं.

Usage - You can download the MyCall App from Play Store or TRAI website. After installing the app, you can rate the quality after any call and can also send a report of weak signal or network problem. TRAI knows in which area the network condition is poor and they can instruct the telecom companies to improve it.
