बाइक से चाबी निकाल सकती है पुलिस; जाने (Police can remove the keys from the bike; know more)

अगर बाइक की चेकिंग के दौरान ट्रैफिक पुलिस चाबी निकालती है तो हैरानी हो सकती है. कई मामले देखे होंगे जिनमें ट्रैफिक पुलिस ऐसा है. ट्रैफिक पुलिस को ये की छूट है या नहीं, और ऐसा किया है, आज हम बता रहे हैं.

मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट के नियमों तो ट्रैफिक पुलिस को बाइक की चाबी निकालने का अधिकार नहीं है. विशेष परिस्थितियों में ही बाइक की चाबी निकाली जा सकती है.

शांत : शांत रहें और पुलिस से सम्मान बात करें. बात को ध्यान से सुनें और निर्देशों का पालन करें.

वजह : पुलिस से पूछें कि चाबी क्यों निकाली है और कौन सा नियम तोड़ा है. यह जरूरी है ताकि समझ सकें कि क्या गलती की है.

Reason: Ask the police why the keys have been taken away and which rule has been broken. This is important so that you can understand what mistake has been made.

फाइन : अगर कोई ट्रैफिक नियम तोड़ा है, तो फाइन का भुगतान करना है. चालान कटवाकर फाइन का भुगतान होगा.

Fine: If any traffic rule has been broken, then a fine has to be paid. The fine will be paid by getting a challan issued.

शिकायत : अगर पुलिस ने अनुचित से चाबी निकाली है, तो संबंधित पुलिस स्टेशन में शिकायत दर्ज कर सकते हैं या उच्च अधिकारियों से संपर्क कर सकते हैं.

Complaint: If the police have taken away the keys inappropriately, then you can lodge a complaint in the concerned police station or contact higher officials.
