कहता है लॉ :-कानून के जानकारों का कहना है कि भारतीय संविधान के आर्टिकल 21 के तहत हर किसी को निजता का अधिकार है. इस अधिकार के तहत कोई व्यक्ति अपने साथी का फोन या सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट नहीं देख सकता है. अगर व्यक्ति अपने साथी के फोन या सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट को देखना चाहता है, तो साथी से अनुमति ले.

Law says:- Legal experts say that everyone has the right to privacy under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution. Under this right, a person cannot see his partner's phone or social media account. If a person wants to see his partner's phone or social media account, then take permission from the partner.

आर्टिकल 21 :- एक ऐसा अधिकार है जो हमें निजी बातों को दूसरों से छिपाने का अधिकार है. इस अधिकार को संविधान में मौलिक अधिकार में मान्यता है. 2017 में, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक ऐतिहासिक फैसले में निजता के अधिकार को मौलिक अधिकार में मान्यता दी.

Article 21:- There is a right that we have to hide personal things from others. This right is recognized as a fundamental right in the Constitution. In 2017, the Supreme Court in a landmark judgment recognized the right to privacy as a fundamental right.

फैसला :-इस फैसले में 9 जजों की बेंच ने सर्वसम्मति से फैसला सुनाया था, इस बेंच में तत्कालीन मुख्य न्यायाधीश जे.एस. खेहर, जस्टिस जे. चेलमेश्वर, जस्टिस एस.ए. बोबडे, जस्टिस आर.के. अग्रवाल, जस्टिस आर. एफ. नरीमन, जस्टिस ए.एम. सप्रे, जस्टिस डी.वाई. चंद्रचूड़, जस्टिस एसके कौल और जस्टिस एस अब्दुल नजीर शामिल थे.इस फैसले के बाद, भारत में एक महत्वपूर्ण अधिकार बन गया है. इस अधिकार के तहत, हर व्यक्ति को निजी बातों को दूसरों से छिपाने का अधिकार है.

Verdict:- In this decision, a bench of 9 judges gave the verdict unanimously, in this bench the then Chief Justice J.S. Khehar, Justice J. Chelameswar, Justice S.A. Bobde, Justice R.K. Aggarwal, Justice R. F. Nariman, Justice A.M. Sapre, Justice D.Y. Chandrachud, Justice SK Kaul and Justice S Abdul Nazeer. After this decision, it has become an important authority in India. Under this right, every person has the right to hide personal things from others.
