कार में पेटीएम फास्टैग है, क्या करूं? जानिए (There is Paytm Fastag in the car, what should I do? Learn)

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई ) ने कुछ नियमों का पालन नहीं करने से फास्टैग को फास्टैग पेमेंट्स बैंक के खातों में कोई भी पैसा जमा लेने से रोक दिया है. मतलब ये हुआ कि फास्टैग वॉलेट या फास्टैग खाते में कोई पैसा नहीं डालएंगे. राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण के अधीन भारतीय हाईवेज प्रबंधन कंपनी (आईएचएमसीएल) ने भी फास्टैग को नए फास्टैग जारी या रजिस्टर पर रोक लगा दी है. 

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has stopped Fastag from depositing any money in the accounts of Fastag Payments Bank due to non-compliance of some rules. This means that no money will be deposited in Fastag wallet or Fastag account. The Indian Highways Management Company (IHMCL) under the National Highway Authority has also banned issuing or registering new Fastags.

आरबीआई ने कुछ नियमों का पालन नहीं के कारण फास्टैग पेमेंट्स बैंक पर पाबंदी लगा दी है. मतलब कि 29 फरवरी 2024 तक फास्टैग में नए फास्टैग नहीं बना पाएंगे और न ही वॉलेट में पैसा डालएंगे. पुराने पैसे का इस्तेमाल तो कर सकेंगे लेकिन नया पैसा डालना मुमकिन नहीं होगा.

RBI has banned Fastag Payments Bank due to non-compliance of some rules. This means that till 29 February 2024, you will not be able to create new Fastag nor add money to the wallet. You will be able to use old money but it will not be possible to add new money.

फास्टैग से जवाब नहीं आया है कि वो फास्टैग सेवा बंद करेंगे या नहीं. लेकिन, अगर वो बंद कर देते हैं, उम्मीद है कि फास्टैग में बचा हुआ पैसा आपके बैंक खाते में वापस आएगा.  पेटीएम फास्टैग का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं. जब तक कि फास्टैग फास्टैग सेवा बंद का ऐलान नहीं करता, तब फास्टैग में मौजूद पैसे का इस्तेमाल टोल प्लाजा पर कर सकते हैं. पेटीएम फास्टैग बंद है तो नया टैग खरीदना चाहिए और जो टैग है डिएक्टिवेट करना चाहिए. पेटीएम के अलावा फोनपे, गूगलपे या फिर किसी भी बैंक से आप फास्टैग बनवाते हैं. पेटीएम फास्टैग नहीं है तो चिंता की जरूरत नहीं है. 

There is no response from Fastag whether they will stop Fastag service or not. But, if they stop, hopefully the money left in Fastag will be returned to your bank account. You can use Paytm Fastag. Unless Fastag announces closure of Fastag service, the money in Fastag can be used at toll plazas.If Paytm Fastag is closed then a new tag should be purchased and the existing tag should be deactivated. Apart from Paytm, you can get Fastag made through PhonePe, GooglePay or any bank. If you do not have Paytm Fastag then there is no need to worry.
