बिहार में प्रधानाध्यापक और प्रधान शिक्षक की बहाली का विज्ञापन जारी है। इसके तहत माध्यमिक स्कूलों में हेडमास्टर यानि प्रधानाध्यपक के 6061 पदों पर भर्तियां होंगी। इसी तरह प्राइमरी स्कूलों में प्रधान शिक्षकों के लिए 40247 पदों पर नियुक्तियां हैं। वेबसाइट www.bpsc.bih.nic.in पर आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

वैकेंसी (Vacancy)
बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग के प्रधानाध्यापक पदों पर भर्तियों में अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग के लिए 1595 पद आरक्षित हैं, सामान्य वर्ग के लिए 1340 पद, एससी के लिए 1283 पद हैं, पिछड़ा वर्ग के लिए 1139 पद, आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लिए 576 पदों पर भर्तियां होंगी।
In the recruitment to the post of Principal of Bihar Public Service Commission, 1595 posts are reserved for extremely backward class, 1340 posts for general category, 1283 posts for SC, 1139 posts for backward class, 576 posts for economically weaker section. But there will be recruitment.
योग्यता (Qualification)
50% अंकों के साथ पीजी डिग्री, शिक्षक भारत का नागरिक और बिहार राज्य का निवासी हो,अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अत्यंत पिछड़ा वर्ग, पिछड़ा वर्ग, दिव्यांग महिला और आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लिए न्यूनतम निर्धारित अंक में 5% की छूट, मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से बी.एड, बीए.एड या बीएससी.एड पास हो, वर्ष 2012 या उसके बाद नियुक्त शिक्षक हेतु शिक्षक पात्रता परीक्षा में पास हो, राज्य सरकार के विद्यालय में पंचायती राज संस्था एवं नगर निकाय संस्था अंतर्गत माध्यमिक शिक्षक के पद पर न्यूनतम 8 वर्ष की लगातार सेवा हो, सीबीएसई, आईसीएसई, बीएसईबी से अस्थायी संबद्धता प्राप्त विद्यालय में माध्यमिक शिक्षा के पद पर न्यूनतम 12 वर्ष की लगातार सेवा हो, राज्य सरकार के विद्यालय में पंचायती राज संस्था और नगर निकाय संस्था के अंतर्गत उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षक के पद पर न्यूनतम 4 वर्ष की का अनुभव हो, सीबीएसई, आई सी एस ई, बीएसईबी से अस्थायी संबद्धता प्राप्त विद्यालय में उच्च माध्यमिक शिक्षा के पद पर न्यूनतम 10 वर्ष का अनुभव हो।
PG degree with 50% marks, teacher should be a citizen of India and resident of Bihar state, 5% relaxation in minimum prescribed marks for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Extremely Backward Class, Backward Class, Disabled Women and Economically Weaker Section , must have passed B.Ed, B.Ed or B.Sc.Ed from a recognized institute, must have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test for teachers appointed in the year 2012 or later, must have worked as a secondary teacher under Panchayati Raj Institution and Municipal Body Institution in a state government school. Must have minimum 8 years continuous service in the post,Must have minimum 12 years of continuous service on the post of Secondary Education in a school having temporary affiliation from CBSE, ICSE, BSEB, minimum 4 years of experience on the post of Higher Secondary Teacher under Panchayati Raj Institution and Municipal Body Institution in a State Government School. Must have minimum 10 years of experience in the post of higher secondary education in a school having temporary affiliation from CBSE, ICSE, BSEB.

प्राइमरी स्कूल हेड मास्टर: 58 वर्ष, हाई स्कूल हेड मास्टर: 31-47वर्ष, आयु सीमा में छूट नियमानुसार।
Primary School Head Master: 58 years, High School Head Master: 31-47 years, age relaxation as per rules.
सैलरी (Salary)
प्रधानाध्यापक : 35000 रु/माह, प्रधान शिक्षक : 30500 रु/माह।
Headmaster: Rs 35000/month, Head Teacher: Rs 30500/month.
