कोई कार सिर्फ ऐसे नहीं बनाती. इंजीनियर और डिजाइनर्स टीम हर बारीकी में रख अलग-अलग चीजों को डिजाइन करते है. कार की विंडशील्ड पर लगे ब्लैक डॉट को लीजिए.

यह ब्लैक डॉट बेफिजूल लग सकते हैं. लेकिन, ऐसा नहीं है. विंडशील्ड पर ब्लैक डॉट्स को विंडशील्ड फ्रिट्स कहते हैं. असल में विंडशील्ड को डिस्लोकेट से रोकते हैं और साथ ही हीट की समान रूप से विंडशील्ड पर डिस्ट्रीब्यूट करते हैं.

These black dots may seem unnecessary. but it's not like that. Black dots on the windshield are called windshield frits. Actually prevents the windshield from dislocating and also distributes the heat evenly on the windshield.

विंडशील्ड ग्लोस को कार के फ्रेम से जोड़ने के लिए ग्लू/सीलेंट का इस्तेमाल है. ग्लोस की सरफेस चिकनी है. ग्लू/सीलेंट की पकड़ कमजोर रहे और ओवर द टाइम पीरियड विंडशील्ड के डिस्लोकेट का खतरा रहेगा. 

Glue/sealant is used to attach the windshield gloss to the car frame. The surface of the gloss is smooth. The grip of the glue/sealant should be weak and there will be a risk of the windshield dislocating over the time period.

इसके लिए विंडशील्ड फ्रिट्स हैं. ग्लास और कार फ्रेम के बीच कॉन्टेक्ट प्वाइंट का काम हैं. ग्लास की सरफेस खुरदरी जैसी है, जिससे ग्लू ज्यादा मजबूती के साथ ग्लोस को कार फ्रेम से जोड़ता है.

There are windshield frits for this. It acts as a contact point between the glass and the car frame. The surface of the glass is rough, due to which the glue connects the gloss to the car frame more strongly.

साथ ही ब्लैक डॉट (विंडशील्ड फ्रिट्स) सीलेंट को पिघलने से रोकते हैं. भारत के ज्यादा में साल के ज्यादातर समय गर्म मौसम है. 40 से 45 डिग्री टेंपरेचर आम है. ऐसे में तेज धूप और टेंपरेचर के बढ़ने से सीलेंट पिघलता है.

Also, black dots (windshield frits) prevent the sealant from melting. Much of India has hot weather most of the year. Temperature of 40 to 45 degrees is common. In such a situation, the sealant melts due to strong sunlight and increase in temperature.

यहां विंडशील्ड फ्रिट्स काम में हैं. यह सीलेंट को पिघलने से बचते हैं और हीट को विंडशील्ड पर समान डिस्ट्रीब्यूट करते हैं. ऑप्टिकल डिस्टोर्शन या "लेंसिंग" को कम में मदद है. 

Here the windshield frits are at work. This prevents the sealant from melting and distributes the heat evenly on the windshield. Helps reduce optical distortion or "lensing".
