एजुकेशन (Education)

जूनियर एक्जीक्यूटिव (इंजीनियरिंग) : इंजीनियरिंग में 3 साल का डिप्लोमा (मैकेनिकल, इलेक्ट्रिकल, सिविल आदि), सामान्य वर्ग : कम से कम 55% अंक, एससी/एसटी/दिव्यांग : 50% अंक, डिप्लोमा के बाद संबंधित क्षेत्र में 5 साल का वर्क एक्सपीरियंस जिसमें कम से कम 1 साल सुपरवाइजरी या मैनेजमेंट वर्क हो।

**Junior Executive (Engineering):** A 3-year diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.). General Category: Minimum 55% marks; SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities: 50% marks required. Additionally, 5 years of work experience in a relevant field following the diploma is mandatory, of which at least 1 year must be in a supervisory or management capacity.

जूनियर एक्जीक्यूटिव (अकाउंटेंट): किसी भी विषय में ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री (कम से कम 55% अंक), एससी/एसटी/दिव्यांग : 50% अंक जरूरी, साथ सीए इंटर या सीएमए इंटर पास चाहिए, सीए, सीएमए फाइनल पास उम्मीदवार इस पद के लिए एलिजिबल नहीं हैं, 5 साल का अकाउंटिंग, टैक्स या फाइनेंस से जुड़ा अनुभव जरूरी।

**Junior Executive (Accountant):** A bachelor's degree in any discipline (minimum 55% marks); SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities: 50% marks required. Candidates must also have passed the CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate examination. Candidates who have passed the CA Final or CMA Final examinations are *not* eligible for this position. 5 years of work experience related to Accounting, Taxation, or Finance is mandatory.

जूनियर एक्जीक्यूटिव (वेसाइड एमिनिटीज): बी.कॉम, बीबीए, बी.एससी, बीएमएस या बीएचएम की डिग्री जिसमें 55% अंक (एससी, एसटी, दिव्यांग के लिए 50%) हों, रिटेल या हॉस्पिटैलिटी का डिप्लोमा, 5 साल का वर्क एक्सपीरियंस जिसमें कम से कम 3 साल होटल, रिटेल या फूड इंडस्ट्री में हो।

**Junior Executive (Waysides Amenities):** A degree in B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BMS, or BHM with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC, ST, and Persons with Disabilities). A diploma in Retail or Hospitality is also required. Candidates must possess 5 years of work experience, of which at least 3 years must be within the Hotel, Retail, or Food industry. 

सचिव : 10वीं, 12वीं और ग्रेजुएट्स (3 साल की डिग्री) तीनों में कम से कम 55% अंक चाहिए (एससी, एसटी, दिव्यांग के लिए 50% अंक), 5 साल का सचिवीय या ऑफिस सहायक का अनुभव

Secretary: A minimum of 55% marks is required in all three—10th, 12th, and Graduation (3-year degree)—(50% marks for SC, ST, and Persons with Disabilities); 5 years of experience as a Secretary or Office Assistant.

एसोसिएट एक्जीक्यूटिव: एमएससी (केमिस्ट्री) डिग्री जिसमें कम से कम 60% अंक (एससी/एसटी/दिव्यांग के लिए 55%) हों, किसी लैब या केमिकल/पेट्रोलियम/गैस इंडस्ट्री में 3 साल का अनुभव।

Associate Executive: An M.Sc. (Chemistry) degree with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/Persons with Disabilities); 3 years of experience in a laboratory or in the Chemical/Petroleum/Gas industry.

एसोसिएट एक्जीक्यूटिव (आधिकारिक भाषा): हिंदी में पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन (55% अंक) और 12वीं या ग्रेजुएशन में अंग्रेजी भी पढ़ी होनी चाहिए। साथ ही हिंदी-अंग्रेजी अनुवाद का 3 साल का अनुभव।

Associate Executive (Official Language): Post-graduation in Hindi (with 55% marks), and English must also have been studied at the 12th or Graduation level. Additionally, 3 years of experience in Hindi-English translation.

सिलेक्शन (Selection)

सैलरी (Salary)

30,000 से 1.40 लाख रु/माह, अन्य अलाउंस का लाभ भी मिलेगा।

आयु (Age)

जूनियर एक्जीक्यूटिव : अधिकतम 32 साल, जूनियर एक्जीक्यूटिव अकाउंट्स : अधिकतम 35 साल।

Junior Executive: Maximum 32 years; Junior Executive (Accounts): Maximum 35 years.

एसोसिएट एक्जीक्यूटिव : अधिकतम 35 साल, सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति/अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग/मानक विकलांगता वाले व्यक्तियों और पूर्व सैनिकों के लिए आयु में छूट।

Associate Executive: Maximum 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), Persons with Disabilities, and Ex-Servicemen, in accordance with government rules.
