एलआईसी के आईपीओ पर सरकार ने दिया अपडेट! जानिए कब आएगा बड़ा आईपीओ (Government updated on LIC's IPO! Know when the big IPO will come)

एलआईसी के आईपीओ का लंबे समय से इंतजार कर रहे निवेशकों के लिए खबर है. आईपीओ मार्च के बजाय  अप्रैल में आएगा.  रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध  के चलते बाजार में भारी उतार-चढ़ाव को देखते हुए सरकार देरी है.

There is news for investors who have been waiting for LIC's IPO for a long time. LIC's IPO will come in April instead of March as scheduled. Officials said that due to the huge volatility in the market due to the Russo-Ukraine war, the government is delaying it.

गौरतलब बाजार नियामक सेबी ने एलआईसी आईपीओ ने महज 22 दिनों में मंजूरी दे दी. यह अटकलें खत्म गई कि एलआईसी का आईपीओ अगले साल तक के लिए टालता है. क्योंकि आईपीओ को मंजूरी में 75 दिन हैं. सेबी ने ऑब्जर्वेशन लेटर जारी है.

It is worth noting that the market regulator SEBI has approved the LIC IPO in just 22 days. The speculation ended that LIC's IPO is postponed till next year. Because usually it takes 75 days for IPO to get approved. SEBI has released the observation letter.

एलआईसी आईपीओ (LIC's IPO)

बता दें कि पहले सेबी ने आईपीओ को जल्दी मंजूरी नहीं दी थी. ये उम्मीद है कि इआईपीओ अब रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध के चलते टलने नहीं है. रूस-यूक्रेन युद्ध के कारण बाजार में बिकवाली का माहौल है, जिस कारण एलआईसी आईपीओ को अगले साल तक टालने की बात की थी. सरकार ने आईपीओ से 60,000 करोड़ रुपये का लक्ष्य है.

The government has set a target of Rs 60,000 crore from the IPO.

जानिए  आईपीओ (Know IPO)

रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार,अधिकारियों ने नाम नहीं छापने की शर्त पर यह दी कि सरकार है कि आईपीओ को निवेशकों का पूरा समर्थन मिले. बाजार में जारी भारी उतार-चढ़ाव को देखते हुए सरकार कोई जल्दबाजी नहीं करती है. ऐसे समय में आईपीओ लाती है, दुनियाभर के साथ घरेलू बाजार में स्थिरता रहे. सरकार एलआईसी में 5 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी बेचती है. 

According to reports, the department gave this information on the condition of anonymity the government wants this IPO to get full support of the investors. But, given the huge volatility in the market, now the government does not want to make any haste in it. The government brings IPO at a time when there is stability in the domestic market along with the world. Explain that the government wants to sell its 5 percent stake in LIC.

जानकारी (Information)

विभाग के अधिकारी ने बताया कि अगले महीने शायद अप्रैल तक एलआईसी का आईपीओ की कोशिश की है. सरकार इसमें और देरी नहीं करती है. हमारे 12 मई तक का समय है. पिछले महीने की तुलना में पिछले सप्ताह बाजार में अस्थिरता कम है. आगे बढ़ने से पहले संस्थानों और खुदरा निवेशकों की भावनाओं पर नजर होगी.

The department official said that next month, perhaps by April, he has tried to bring the IPO of LIC. The government does not delay any further. We have till 12th May. Compared to the previous month, there less volatility in the market last week. However, the sentiments of institutions and retail investors will also have to be monitored before going ahead with the IPO.

 

फरवरी में मसौदा (Draft in February)

हाल में फरवरी में मार्केट रेगुलेटर के पास ड्राफ्ट पेपर्स थे.कुल 632 करोड़ शेयर में 31,62,49,885 इक्विटी शेयरों बेचने का है. 50 फीसदी हिस्सा योग्य संस्थागत खरीदारों के लिए आरक्षित होगा, जबकि गैर-संस्थागत खरीदारों के लिए यह 15 फीसदी होगा. 

Recently in February, the market regulator had draft papers. It is proposed to sell 31,62,49,885 equity shares out of a total of 632 crore shares of LIC. Of this, 50 percent will be reserved for qualified institutional buyers, while it will be 15 percent for non-institutional buyers.

12 महीने तक वैध (Valid for 12 months)

एलआईसी आईपीओ को सेबी से मंजूरी के बाद, आईपीओ मंजूरी की तारीख से 12 महीने की अवधि के लिए है. कैबिनेट की बैठक में आईपीओ को लेकर एक बड़ा फैसला था. ऑटोमेटिक रूट से 20 फीसदी तक प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश की मंजूरी थी. एलआई के प्रस्तावित आईपीओ में विदेशी निवेश का रास्ता है. बाजार के गिरते माहौल को देखते हुए विदेशी निवेशकों ने बाजार से पैसे वापस लेना है. 

Now after approval from SEBI to LIC IPO, the IPO is for a period of 12 months from the date of approval. There was a big decision regarding LIC IPO in the cabinet meeting. Foreign direct investment was allowed up to 20 percent under the automatic route. The way for foreign investment is open in LI's proposed IPO. In view of the declining market environment, foreign investors have started withdrawing money from the market.
