अमेज़न से ऑर्डर पर नया चार्ज, जानिए बात (New charge on order from Amazon, know the reason)

अमेज़न से कुछ ऑर्डर करेंगे, तो हर ऑर्डर पर 5 रुपये का नया चार्ज होगा. इसलिए कंपनी ने ग्राहकों के लिए एक नया शुल्क है और 'मार्केटप्लेस शुल्क' नाम है. यह चार्ज ऑनलाइन खरीदारी पर लागू होगा. यह चार्ज यूजर द्वारा खरीदे सामान की कीमत के अलावा बिल में अलग से दिखाएगा. यह फीर ऑनलाइन सेवाओं में मदद करेगी.

If you order something from Amazon, then there will be a new charge of Rs 5 on every order. Therefore, the company has introduced a new fee for customers and it is called 'Marketplace Fee'. This charge will be applicable on online shopping. This charge will be shown separately in the bill apart from the price of the goods purchased by the user. This fee will help in online services.

चार्ज -मनीकंट्रोल रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक अमेजन हर ऑर्डर पर 5 रुपये का मार्केटप्लेस चार्ज लगाएगा. यह चार्ज ऑर्डर की रसीद पर अलग से दिखाएगा. यह 5 रुपये का चार्ज सभी पर लागू होगा, चाहे वे प्राइम मेंबर हों या नहीं. हालांकि, कुछ चीजों पर यह चार्ज नहीं लगेगा. 

Charge - According to the Moneycontrol report, Amazon will charge a marketplace charge of Rs 5 on every order. This charge will be shown separately on the order receipt. This charge of Rs 5 will be applicable to everyone, whether they are Prime members or not. However, this charge will not be levied on some things.

शुल्क -कुछ ट्रांजैक्शंस पर यह मार्केटप्लेस फी नहीं लगेगी.

Fee - This marketplace fee will not be levied on some transactions.

पे - अगर अमेज़न पे से बिल पेमेंट करते हैं या रिचार्ज हैं, तो यह चार्ज नहीं लगेगा.

Pay - If you make bill payment or recharge through Amazon Pay, then this charge will not be levied.

फीस - जिन ऑर्डर पर पहले से ही कोई प्रोसेसिंग या एक्सचेंज शुल्क लगता है, उन पर नया शुल्क नहीं लगेगा.

Fee - There will be no new fee on orders which already have a processing or exchange fee.

गिफ्ट कार्ड - गिफ्ट कार्ड खरीदने पर कोई शुल्क नहीं लगेगा.

Gift Card - There will be no fee on purchasing a gift card.

कैश डिलीवरी - अगर कैश ऑन डिलीवरी का ऑप्शन हैं, तो शुल्क नहीं होगा.

Cash Delivery - If there is an option of cash on delivery, then there will be no fee.

कैंसिलेशन/रिफंड पॉलिसी -अगर ऑर्डर कैंसिल करते हैं या रिटर्न करते हैं, तो 5 रुपये चार्ज वापस नहीं होगा. अगर ऑर्डर शिप से पहले ऑर्डर कैंसिल कर देते हैं, तो शुल्क वापस होगा.

Cancellation/Refund Policy - If you cancel or return the order, the charge of Rs 5 will not be refunded. If you cancel the order before the order is shipped, the charge will be refunded.

चार्ज -अमेजन के नए चार्ज से बचते हैं तो ऑर्डर समय कैश ऑन डिलीवरी ऑप्शन चुनें. किसी ऑर्डर को कैंसिल करना हैं तो पहले ही कैंसिल हो जाए, ताकि 5 रुपये का चार्ज न देना पड़े.

Charges - If you want to avoid Amazon's new charges, choose the cash on delivery option at the time of ordering. If you want to cancel an order, cancel it beforehand so that you do not have to pay the charge of Rs 5.
