बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा ने लोकल बैंक ऑफिसर के 2000 से ज्यादा पदों पर भर्ती है। बैंक वेबसाइट www.bankofbaroda.in पर आवेदन कर सकते हैं। सिलेक्ट किए को नियुक्ति के बाद न्यूनतम 3 वर्षों की सेवा देना होगा। इस लिए पांच लाख रुपए का एक बॉन्ड भरना होगा। यदि इस निर्धारित सेवा अवधि से पहले इस्तीफा देता है या अनुबंध की शर्तों का पालन नहीं है तो राशि बैंक चुकानी होगी। यह शर्त बैंक द्वारा होने वाली ट्रेनिंग, संसाधनों और भर्ती प्रक्रिया लागत को ध्यान में रखते हुए लागू है।

एग्जाम पैटर्न (Exam Pattern)

ऑनलाइन टेस्ट में 120 सवाल,अंग्रेजी भाषा, बैंकिंग ज्ञान, सामान्य/ इकोनॉमिक अवेयरनेस, और रीजनिंग एबिलिटी और क्वांटिटेटिव एप्टीट्यूड से प्रश्न पूछेगे, हर सब्जेक्ट से 30 नंबर के प्रश्न पूछेगे। 30 मिनट समय होगा, क्वालिफाई के लिए हर सेक्शन में कम से कम 40% (सामान्य/ईडब्ल्यूएस) या 35% (रिजर्व कैटेगरी) मार्क्स प्राप्त होंगे।

The online test will have 120 questions from English language, banking knowledge, general/economic awareness, and reasoning ability and quantitative aptitude, 30 questions will be asked from each subject. The time will be of 30 minutes, to qualify, at least 40% (general/EWS) or 35% (reserved category) marks will be obtained in each section.
