The Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) is recruiting for over 100 positions for the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Applications can be submitted via the BARC website, barc.gov.in. The JRF program is scheduled for August 17, 2026.

एजुकेशन (Education)

एमएससी/इंटीग्रेटेड एमएससी/बीएस-एमएस (डुअल डिग्री)/बीएस डिग्री (न्यूनतम 55-60% अंकों के साथ) चाहिए, इस अलावा यूजीसी-सीएसआईआर-नेट फेलोशिप, जेस्ट स्कोर, आईसीएमआर-जेआरएफ टेस्ट, आईसीएआर-जेआरएफ टेस्ट, डीबीटी-जेआरएफ बायोटेक्नोलॉजी एलिजिबिलिटी टेस्ट, फिजिक्स/केमिस्ट्री/लाइफ साइंस/बायोटेक्नोलॉजी में गेट स्कोर/ जेजीईबिल्स का वैलिड स्कोरकार्ड भी चाहिए।

Candidates must possess an M.Sc./Integrated M.Sc./BS-MS (Dual Degree)/BS Degree (with a minimum of 55-60% marks). Additionally, a valid scorecard/qualification in one of the following is required: UGC-CSIR-NET Fellowship, JEST Score, ICMR-JRF Test, ICAR-JRF Test, DBT-JRF Biotechnology Eligibility Test, GATE Score in Physics/Chemistry/Life Sciences/Biotechnology, or JGEEBILS.

स्टाइपेंड (Stipend)

37,000 रु/माह (शुरुआती दो साल), बाद में प्रदर्शन पर 42,000 रु/माह, अन्य अलाउंस का लाभ भी होगा।

Rs. 37,000 per month (for the first two years); subsequently, based on performance, the stipend will increase to Rs. 42,000 per month. Other allowances will also be provided.

आयु (Age)

अधिकतम : 28 साल, ओबीसी : 3 साल की छूट, एससी/एसटी : 5 साल की छूट, पीडब्ल्यूबीडी : 10 साल की छूट।

Maximum: 28 years. Age relaxation applies as follows: OBC – 3 years; SC/ST – 5 years; PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) – 10 years.
