10वीं पास, उत्तर प्रदेश प्रारंभिक अहर्ता परीक्षा (यूपीपीईटी) 2025 का स्कोर कार्ड हो, राजकीय प्राविधिक केंद्र या राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण केंद्र, लाल डिग्गी पार्क, गोरखपुर द्वारा नलकूप मैकेनिक कोर्स में सर्टिफिकेट या सरकार द्वारा उसके समकक्ष मान्यता प्राप्त प्रमाण पत्र हो, यामशीनिस्ट, फिटर, वायरमैन, टर्नर में से किसी में उत्तर प्रदेश या औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान द्वारा दिया गया न्यूनतम दो साल का (आईटीआई) सर्टिफिकेट या राष्ट्रीय व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण परिषद, भारत सरकार द्वार दिया गया तीन वर्ष का नेशनल अप्रेंटिस सर्टिफिकेट प्राप्त हो।

Must be 10th pass; possess a score card for the Uttar Pradesh Preliminary Eligibility Test (UPPET) 2025; hold a certificate in the 'Tube Well Mechanic' course issued by the Government Technical Center or Government Industrial Training Center (Lal Diggi Park, Gorakhpur), or an equivalent certificate recognized by the government; OR possess a minimum two-year Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate issued by the state of Uttar Pradesh in any of the following trades: Machinist, Fitter, Wireman, or Turner; OR hold a three-year National Apprenticeship Certificate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), Government of India.
