The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has issued a recruitment notification for over 200 posts-including Platoon Commander and Block Organizer-under the Home Security Headquarters. Applications can be submitted via the website www.upcisb.upsdc.gov.in.

एजुकेशन (Education)

पीईटी 2025 का स्कोर कार्ड चाहिए, किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से ग्रेजुएशन, पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री, प्रादेशिक सेना में 2 साल का वर्क एक्सपीरियंस या एनसीसी का ‘बी’ सर्टिफिकेट या होम गार्ड में लगातार 3 साल तक काम किया है, उसे प्रायोरिटी मिल सकती है।

A PET 2025 scorecard is mandatory. Candidates must hold a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree from a recognized university. Priority may be given to candidates possessing 2 years of work experience in the Territorial Army, an NCC 'B' Certificate, or 3 consecutive years of service in the Home Guards.

हाइट - महिला और पुरुष : सामान्य/ओबीसी/एससी : न्यूनतम 152 सेमी, पहाड़ी क्षेत्र/एसटी : 147 सेमी।

Height – Male and Female: General/OBC/SC: Minimum 152 cm | Hilly Regions/ST: 147 cm.

दौड़ - पुरुष : 4.8 किलोमीटर, महिला : 2.4 किलोमीटर, इस दौड़ में पास होना जरूरी है, लेकिन इसके अंक मेरिट में नहीं जुड़ते हैं।

Running Test – Male: 4.8 km | Female: 2.4 km. Qualifying in this running test is mandatory; however, the marks obtained in this event will not be added to the final merit list.

पीईटी 2025 के बेसिस पर शॉर्टलिस्टिंग, मेन्स रिटन एग्जाम, फिजिकल टेस्ट (प्लाटून कमांडर), डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन।

Shortlisting based on PET 2025 scores, Main Written Examination, Physical Test (for Platoon Commander posts), and Document Verification.

सैलरी (Salary)

ब्लॉक ऑर्गनाइज़र: लेवल-5, 29,200 - 92,300 रु/माह, प्लाटून कमांडर: लेवल-6, 35,400 -1,12,400 रु/माह, अन्य अलाउंस का लाभ भी मिलेगा।

Block Organizer: Level-5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300 per month) | Platoon Commander: Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 per month). Candidates will also be eligible for other allowances.
