एजुकेशन (Education)
कम से कम 60% अंकों के साथ इलेक्ट्रिकल या इलेक्ट्रिकल & इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा या कम से कम 50% अंकों के साथ बी.ई./बी.टेक./बी.एससी इंजीनियरिंग डिग्री, अगर एएमआईई (इंस्टीट्यूशन ऑफ इंजीनियर्स) से इलेक्ट्रिकल/इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स में 50% अंकों के साथ पढ़ाई की है, वे भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं, 10वीं तक पंजाबी भाषा पास चाहिए।
A Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks, OR a B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering degree with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates who have completed their studies in Electrical/Electronics with 50% marks through AMIE (Institution of Engineers) are also eligible to apply. Proficiency in the Punjabi language (passed up to the 10th standard) is mandatory.

कंप्यूटर बेस्ड टेस्ट के बेसिस पर, डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन।
Based on a Computer-Based Test, followed by Document Verification.
सैलरी (Salary)
35,400 रु/माह, अन्य अलाउंस का लाभ भी मिलेगा।
Rs. 35,400 per month; candidates will also be entitled to other allowances.
एग्जाम पैटर्न & क्वालिफाइंग मार्क्स (Exam Pattern & Qualifying Marks)
(सब्जेक्ट -प्रश्नों की संख्या) : टेक्निकल -50, पंजाबी लैंग्वेज -20, जनरल नॉलेज -10, रीजनिंग -10, इंग्लिश -10; कुल प्रश्नों की संख्या : 100, हर सही उत्तर के लिए : 1 अंक, हर गलत उत्तर के लिए : 1/4 अंक, ड्यूरेशन : 2 घंटे (120 मिनट) & जनरल : 45%, रिजर्व कैटेगरी : 35%.
(Subject – Number of Questions): Technical – 50, Punjabi Language – 20, General Knowledge – 10, Reasoning – 10, English – 10. Total Number of Questions: 100. Marking Scheme: 1 mark for every correct answer; 1/4 mark deduction for every incorrect answer. Duration: 2 hours (120 minutes). Qualifying Marks: General Category – 45%; Reserved Categories – 35%.

18 - 37 साल, सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार आरक्षित वर्ग को आयु सीमा में छूट दी जाएगी।
