मध्यप्रदेश कर्मचारी चयन मंडल (एमपीईएसबी) ने पुलिस विभाग में हेड कॉन्स्टेबल सहित 7000 पदों पर भर्ती नोटिफिकेशन है। वेबसाइट esb.mp.gov.in पर आवेदन कर सकते हैं। करेक्शन विंडो खुलने की आखिरी तारीख 11 अक्टूबर 2026 तय की गई है। वहीं, रिटन एग्जाम 19 नवंबर, 2026 को होगा।

The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has issued a recruitment notification for 7,000 posts, including Head Constables, in the Police Department. Applications can be submitted via the website esb.mp.gov.in. The deadline for the correction window is October 11, 2026. The written examination is scheduled for November 19, 2026.

एजुकेशन (Education)

10वीं या 12वीं कक्षा पास (अनुसूचित जनजाति वर्ग के लिए 8वीं पास योग्यता)।

Pass in Class 10 or 12 (Class 8 pass qualification for the Scheduled Tribe category).

सिलेक्शन (Selection)

कंप्यूटर आधारित लिखित परीक्षा, शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा (पीईटी) और माप परीक्षण (पीएमटी), दस्तावेज सत्यापन और मेडिकल परीक्षा।

Computer-based written examination, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Measurement Test (PMT), document verification, and medical examination.

सैलरी (Salary)

19,500 - 62,000 रु/माह, अन्य अलाउंस का लाभ भी दिया जाएगा।

18 - 33 साल (गणना 19 फरवरी 2026 के आधार पर), आरक्षित वर्गों को नियमानुसार छूट मिलेगी।

एग्जाम पैटर्न (Exam Pattern)

परीक्षा पैटर्न में प्रथम चरण की ऑनलाइन लिखित परीक्षा (सीबीटी) 100 अंकों की है, जिसमें 2 घंटे (120 मिनट) में 100 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न हल करते हैं। इस परीक्षा में कोई नकारात्मक अंकन नहीं है। सामान्य ज्ञान एवं तार्किक ज्ञान : 40 प्रश्न (40 अंक), बौद्धिक क्षमता एवं मानसिक अभिरुचि : 30 प्रश्न (30 अंक)विज्ञान एवं सरल अंकगणित : 30 प्रश्न (30 अंक)।

As per the exam pattern, the first stage is an online written examination (CBT) worth 100 marks, requiring candidates to solve 100 multiple-choice questions within 2 hours (120 minutes). There is no negative marking in this examination. General Knowledge and Logical Reasoning: 40 questions (40 marks); Intellectual Ability and Mental Aptitude: 30 questions (30 marks); Science and Basic Arithmetic: 30 questions (30 marks).
