माइक्रोसॉफ्ट कर्मचारियों को मिलेगा करीब 1.12 लाख का बोनस Microsoft employees will get a bonus of about 1.12 lakh

माइक्रोसॉफ्ट ने कोरोना महामारी के इस मुश्किल दौर में अपने कर्मचारियों की मेहनत को सम्मानित करने के लिए 1500 डॉलर (1.12 लाख रुपये लगभग) का बोनस देने का ऐलान किया है.कॉरपोरेट वाइस प्रेसिडेंट लेवल से नीचे के सभी कर्मचारियों को 1,500 डॉलर का बोनस दिया जाएगा. कर्मचारियों को भी मिलेगा जो पार्ट-टाइम वर्कर्स हैं या घंटे के रेट पर कंपनी के साथ जुड़े हैं और 31 मार्च 2021 से पहले कंपनी में ज्वाइन कर चुके हैं.

Microsoft has announced a bonus of $1500 (approximately Rs 1.12 lakh) to honor the hard work of its employees in this difficult period of the Corona epidemic. A bonus of $1,500 will be given to all employees below the level of Corporate Vice President . Employees who are part-time workers or are associated with the company on hourly rate and have joined the company before 31 March 2021.

1490 करोड़ का खर्च (1490 crores Spent)

 कैथलीन होगन ने इसकी घोषणा कर्मचारियों से की है.हालांकि यह बोनस लिंकडिन, गिथूब और जेनीमैक्स कर्मचारियों के लिए नहीं होगा. ये तीनों कंपनियां माइक्रोसॉफ्ट की स्वामित्व वाली है. माइक्रोसॉफ्ट के पास वर्तमान में 1,75,508 स्टाफ है. इस हिसाब से कंपनी को बोनस पर 20 करोड़ डॉलर (1490 करोड़ रुपये) का अतिरिक्त भार पड़ेगा.रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक यह रकम माइक्रोसॉफ्ट की दो दिन की कमाई से भी कम है.
