उत्तर प्रदेश की जीएसटी काउंसिल की 45वीं बैठक हुई, इस कयास लगाएं थे कि जोमैटो, स्विगी जैसे फूड डिलीवरी ऐप से खाना मंगाना ग्राहकों को थोड़ महंगा पड़ता है, और काउंसिल में डिलीवरी पर जीएसटी की दरें बढ़ती है. जीएसटी काउंसिल में फूड डिलीवरी को लेकर क्या महत्वपूर्ण है और प्रभाव कैसे पड़ेगा.
On Friday, the 45th meeting of the GST Council of Uttar Pradesh was held, speculating that ordering food from food delivery apps like Swiggy, Zomato is a bit expensive for customers, and the rates of GST on delivery in the council increase. जोमैटो, स्विगी वसूलेंगे जीएसटी
(Zomato, Swiggy will charge GST)
फूड डिलीवरी ऐप जीएसटी वसूलगे. जिस रेस्टोरेंट से खाना ऑर्डर किया जाएगा.रेस्टोरेंट के स्थान पर फूड डिलीवरी ऐप जोमैटो, स्विगी 5 % जीएसटी वसला करेंगी. यह कार्य 1 जनवरी 2022 से करेंगी.
Food delivery app will charge GST. The restaurant from which the food will be ordered. Food delivery app Zomato, Swiggy will charge 5% GST instead of the restaurant. This work will be done from January 1, 2022.
डिलीवरी महंगे(Delivery expensive)
जोमैटो, स्विगी जैसे फूड डिलीवरी ऐप पर जीएसटी लगाने को लेकर किया, इस मामले में कई मुद्दे उठे स्प्ष्टता का अभाव रहा, इस काउंसिल सेवा पर नया टैक्स लगाने का फैसला नहीं किया है.फूड डिलीवरी के समय डिलीवरी के जगह पर ऐप टैक्सी यानी डिलीवरी पॉईंट पर टैक्स जमा करेंगी और फिर बाद में भुगतान करेंगी.

पेट्रोल-डीजल पर जीएसटी
(GST on petrol and diesel)
पेट्रोल-डीजल को जीएसटी के अंदर लाने के लिए बातचीत हुई. इसलिए एजेंडा में शामिल किया गया. जीएसटी काउंसिल ने जीएसी के दायरे में शामिल नहीं करने का फैसला किया है, इस पर सहमति है कि अभी सही समय नहीं है.
Negotiations were held to bring petrol and diesel under GST. That's why it was included in the agenda. The GST Council has decided not to include it in the purview of GAC, agreeing that now is not the right time.
बता दें जीएसटी काउंसिल की यह बैठक 2 साल के बाद आमने सामने हुई है. बीते साल महामारी के वजह से बैठक वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंस के माध्यम हुई.इस बैठक में वित्त मंत्रियों ने हिस्सा लिया.
Let us tell you that this meeting of the GST Council has been held face to face after 2 years. Last year, due to the pandemic, the meeting took place through video conference. Finance ministers participated in this meeting.
