हवाई यात्रा वालों के लिए खुशखबरी है. यात्रा के दौरान बड़ी सुविधा मिल रही है. विस्‍तारा एयरलाइंस यात्रियों को सुविधा दे रहा है. विस्तारा 31 मार्च तक फ्लाइट रिशैड्यूल पर कोई चार्ज नहीं लेगी. एयरलाइंस अनुसार, कोविड-19 के कारण यात्रियों को सफर में कई तरह की समस्याएं है. कई जगहों पर सरकारी प्रतिबंधों से यात्रियों को यात्रा की तारीख में बदलाव है. इस मद्देनजर एयरलाइंस ने चेंज फीस न लेने का फैसला है.

There is good news for air travelers. Great convenience is available during travel. Vistara Airlines is providing convenience to the passengers. Vistara will not charge any flight reschedule till March 31. According to the airlines, due to Kovid-19, passengers have many problems in travel. In many places, due to government restrictions, there is a change in the date of travel for the passengers. In view of this, airlines have decided not to charge change fee.

एयरलाइंस की तरफ से जानकारी यह सुविधा यात्रियों को मिलेगी जो विस्‍तारा से डायरेक्‍ट बुकिंग करें. ये खास सुविधा मेकमाईट्रिप, यात्रा और क्लिअरट्रिप जैसी एजेंट वेबसाइट्स से फ्लाइट की टिकट बुक वाले यात्रियों को नहीं मिलेगी. सुविधा एक बार मिलेगी. विस्‍तारा टाटा संस और सिंगापुर एयरलाइंस का ज्‍वाइंट वैंचर है.

Information from the airlines will be available to passengers who make direct booking in detail. This special facility will not be available to passengers who have booked flight tickets from agent websites like MakeMyTrip, Yatra and Cleartrip. The facility will be available once. Vistara is a joint venture between Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines.

सरकार का प्रतिबंध (Government ban)

विस्‍तारा ने बताया, 'कुछ महीनों में कोविड-19 के बढ़ते मामलों से राज्‍य सरकारों ने कई तरह के प्रतिबंध हैं. हवाई यातायात पर बुरा असर है. फिर एयर ट्रैवल की मांग है. जनवरी के मुकाबले फरवरी में थोड़ी बढ़ोतरी है.' विस्‍तारा ने कुछ दिनों में बहुत उड़ानों को रिशैड्यूल है.

Vistara said, 'In a few months, due to the increasing cases of Kovid-19, the state governments have imposed many restrictions. There is a bad effect on air traffic. Then there is the demand for air travel. There is a slight increase in February as compared to January. Vistara has rescheduled many flights in a few days.

पैसेंजर्स को परेशानी (Inconvenience to passengers)

विस्‍तारा के फ्लाइट रिशैड्यूल से पहले से टिकट बुक किए यात्रियों को दिक्कतों का सामना है. पैसेंजर्स सोशल मीडिया पर विस्तारा के कस्‍टमर केयर से कठिनाई होने की हैं. रिशैड्यूलिंग और रिफंड जैसे मसलों को सुलझाने के लिये कस्‍टमर्स की मदद है.
