Bharat Highways Infrastructure Investment Trust is an infrastructure investment trust established to acquire, manage and invest in a portfolio of infrastructure assets in India and to pursue infrastructure investment trust activities as permitted under the SEBI InvIT Regulations. It was settled by GRIL (settlor) by original trust deed, and was registered as an infrastructure investment trust with SEBI on August 3, 2022 as per SEBI InvIT regulations.The sponsor is into testing services in the field of transportation engineering and has expertise in NSV survey, FWD survey, pavement design of roads and airports, physical and chemical testing of soil, lime, cement, road roughness testing, concrete and bituminous mix design.

Bharat Highways Infrastructure Investments is an infrastructure investment trust set up to acquire, manage and invest in a portfolio of infrastructure assets in India. The Trust is authorized to carry out the activities of an infrastructure investment trust under SEBI InvIT regulations.

The company's portfolio comprises seven roads, all of which are operated on HAM basis in Punjab, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. These roads are operated and maintained by NHAI on concessional rights basis and are owned and operated by the Project SPV, which is currently wholly owned by GRIL.

There is a ROFO agreement with GRILL under which GRILL has the right of first refusal on certain other properties owned and developed by GRILL. The Trust has a provisional rating of CRISIL AAA/Stable (Reaffirmed), CARE AAA from CRISIL Ratings Limited. The provisional rating is Stable from Care Ratings Limited and the provisional rating is IND AAA/Stable from India Ratings & Research.
