आज में स्मार्टफोन तेजी से बदल रहे हैं. हर महीने नए-नए फोन्स मार्केट में लॉन्च हैं और लेटेस्ट टेक्नोलॉजी वाला फोन हो. जब नया फोन लेने बात है, पुराने फोन को फेंका तो नहीं जा सकता. फ्लिपकार्ट ने एक सर्विस है, पुराने फोन को एक्सचेंज कर सिर्फ 40-50 मिनट में नया स्मार्टफोन पा सकते हैं-वो घर बैठे.

When it comes to buying a new phone, the old phone cannot be thrown away. Flipkart has a service, by exchanging the old phone, you can get a new smartphone in just 40-50 minutes – that too sitting at home.

फ्लिपकार्ट की इस नई सर्विस का नाम फ्लिपकार्ट मिनट्स है. पुराने फोन की कीमत जान सकते हैं, घर से पिकअप करवा सकते हैं और नया स्मार्टफोन भी खरीद सकते हैं. यह सुविधा दिल्ली, मुंबई और बेंगलुरु के कुछ चुनिंदा इलाकों में शुरू है, जुलाई से यह सर्विस भारत के बाकी शहरों में भी शुरू कर दी जाएगी.

The name of this new service of Flipkart is Flipkart Minutes. You can know the price of the old phone, get it picked up from home and also buy a new smartphone. This facility has started in some selected areas of Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore, from July this service will be started in other cities of India as well.

फ्लिपकार्ट ऐप या वेबसाइट पर नया फोन देख रहे होंगे, तो “अदला-बदली”का ऑप्शन देगा. पुराने फोन की डिटेल्स भर सकते हैं-जैसे ब्रांड, मॉडल और स्थिति है. जैसे ही ये डिटेल्स डालेंगे, एक अनुमानित एक्सचेंज कीमत दिखाई देगी. एक एक्सचेंज एक्सपर्ट कुछ समय में घर पहुंचेगा, फोन चेक करेगा और वहीं से लेगा. खराब हालत वाले फोन को एक्सचेंज कर सकते हैं. फोन की स्क्रीन टूटी है या ठीक से काम नहीं कर रहा, तब भी कंडीशन के हिसाब से 50% तक एक्सचेंज वैल्यू मिल सकती है.

If you are looking for a new phone on the Flipkart app or website, it will give the option of “Exchange”. You can fill in the details of the old phone – like brand, model and condition. As soon as you enter these details, an estimated exchange price will appear. An exchange expert will reach home in some time, check the phone and collect it from there. You can exchange a phone in bad condition. Even if the phone screen is broken or not working properly, you can still get up to 50% exchange value depending on the condition.
