Established in June 2007, Mahendra Realtors & Infrastructure Ltd. offers various services including structural repairs, rehabilitation, retrofitting, waterproofing, corporate interiors, BOT projects, maintenance, construction and restoration of infrastructure.

The company has undertaken several structural repair projects using innovative technologies such as polymer-modified mortar, micro 138 concrete and waterproofing for government departments and public organizations, including CIDCO Vashi and Belapur railway stations. Structural repairs at Ghatkopar have sustainability certification from IIT Bombay, including steel jacketing, exterior repairs and retrofitting. The company has corporate interior projects at IIT Bombay, Airports Authority of India, VVIP Circuit House in Pune and SVP Hospital in Ahmedabad.
