अफ्रीकनिस कुत्ते की नस्ल की जानकारी (Africanis Dog Breed Information)

अफ्रीकन दक्षिणी अफ्रीका में पाई वाली एक घरेलू नस्ल का कुत्ता है। इसे लैंडरेस डॉग भी कहा है। लैंडरेस कुत्तों को "कुत्ते या किसी पशुधन पशु को बिना औपचारिक पंजीकरण के पाला" में परिभाषित किया है। दक्षिणी अफ्रीका में पाने वाले कुत्तों को "अफ्रीकनिस" नाम दिया था। कुछ आधुनिक लेखक अफ्रीकनिस को एक बहिष्कृत कुत्ता कहते हैं। अफ्रीकनिस दक्षिण अफ्रीका का मूल कुत्ता है।

The Africanis is a domestic breed of dog found in Southern Africa. It is also called a landrace dog. Landrace dogs are defined as "dogs or any livestock animal raised without formal registration". Dogs found in Southern Africa were named "Africanis". Some modern authors call the Africanis an outbred dog. The Africanis is the original dog of South Africa.

अफ्रीकनिस एक मध्यम आकार का कुत्ता है, जिसका शरीर हल्का है, जिसकी लंबी पतली नाक और छोटे बाल होते हैं। इसे ग्रेहाउंड और डिंगो के बीच का क्रॉस-प्रजाति बताया है। इस नस्ल का उपयोग शिकार के लिए किया है। इसे दक्षिण अफ्रीका के केनेल यूनियन द्वारा एक उभरती हुई नस्ल में मान्यता प्राप्त है।
