The American English Coonhound, descendant of the English Foxhound, is a hunting dog breed known for its speed, stamina, and loudness in the field. They also bark and howl at home, making them a bad choice if there are neighbors nearby. They need physical activity. These are purebred dogs, they can end up in shelters or rescue organizations.
