EarKart Private Limited is incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, with a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kanpur on April 2021. EarKart Limited is a healthtech platform specializing in hearing aids and related accessories. It manufactures advanced hearing aids such as receiver-in-canal, invisible, behind-the-ear, in-the-ear, in-the-canal, and completely-in-canal. Its manufacturing plant is spread over 4,500 square feet in Noida.

It also provides and distributes other products such as adjustable foldable walkers for the disabled and multi-sensory integrated educational development and teaching learning materials. The company sells products through a network of partners and clinics domestically and globally. It is a trusted government e-marketplace supplier of hearing aids to ALIMCO, under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

In April 2024, the company launched a shop-in-shop model, under which it franchises opticians and ENT/optical clinics. The company operates 49 SIS clinics in 22 cities across 6 states and 2 union territories: Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Punjab, Jharkhand, Delhi, Uttarakhand, and Chandigarh.
