Established in 2020, Jai Ambe Supermarkets Ltd. is engaged in the business of FMCG items, grocery, home textiles, home decor, clothing, toys, gift items, footwear and other household items from supermarkets. As of March 2025, the company has a dedicated workforce of 132 employees, of which 115 employees are employed at various locations and 17 employees are outsourced from security agencies.

The company operates retail marts on a franchise model, allowing franchisees to sell products under the brand name in exchange for an initial fee and annual license fee. City Square Mart, a brand of Jai Ambe Supermarkets Private Limited, launched in August 2018 in Kudasan, Gandhinagar. In six years, it expanded to 17 stores across Gujarat.
