स्टेनोग्राफर ग्रेड (इंग्लिश) -आर्ट्स या साइंस में ग्रेजुएशन डिग्री; क्लर्क -10वीं हिंदी के साथ पास होना चाहिए।
Stenographer Grade (English) - Graduation degree in Arts or Science; Clerk - 10th pass with Hindi.
सिलेक्शन (Selection)
स्टेनोग्राफर ग्रेड - 3 : इंग्लिश शॉर्टहैंड टेस्टिंग, कंप्यूटराइज्ड ट्रांसक्रिप्शन, कंप्यूटर प्रोफिशिएंसी टेस्ट, डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन।
Stenographer Grade 3: English Shorthand Test, Computerized Transcription, Computer Proficiency Test, Document Verification.
क्लर्क : रिटन एग्जाम, कंप्यूटर टाइपिंग टेस्ट, कंप्यूटर प्रोफिशिएंसी टेस्ट, डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन।
Clerk: Written Exam, Computer Typing Test, Computer Proficiency Test, Document Verification.
सैलरी (Salary)
25,500 रु/माह, इसके अलावा अन्य अलाउंस का लाभ भी मिलेगा।
Rs. 25,500 per month, plus other allowances.
आयु (Age)
18 - 41 साल, हरियाणा सरकार के नियमों के अनुसार अन्य श्रेणी को उम्र में छूट दी जाएगी।
18 - 41 years, age relaxation will be given to other categories as per Haryana Government rules.

इंग्लिश कंपोजिशन : 50 अंक, जनरल नॉलेज : 50 अंक
