Incorporated in 2013, VMS TMT Limited is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars. The company deals in scrap and binding wire, which have a market presence in Gujarat and other states.

The company's manufacturing centre is strategically located at Bhaila Village near Bavla in Ahmedabad District of Gujarat, from where the products are distributed. This network enables the company to efficiently supply products to customers in Gujarat and other states.

In November 2022, VMS TMT Limited entered into a retail license agreement with Kamdhenu Limited. The agreement allows the company to market TMT Bars under the brand name 'Kamdhenu NXT' in the state of Gujarat on mutually agreed terms. The company is blessed with an experienced and professional management team as well as a workforce of 230 permanent employees as on July, 2025.
