एजुकेशन (Education)

डिप्टी मैनेजर: पद के अनुसार डिप्टी मैनेजर (मानव संसाधन), मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से न्यूनतम 60% अंकों के साथ ग्रेजुएशन की डिग्री या दो साल का एमबीए या दो साल की पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन डिप्लोमा, सीए/सीएमए/सीएफए /इंजीनियरिंग डिग्री। डिप्टी मैनेजर (वित्त एंव लेखा) पोस्ट के लिए सीए/सीएमए/सीएफए /इंजीनियरिंग की डिग्री किसी भी फील्ड से करने वाले भी अप्लाई कर सकते हैं। डिप्टी मैनेजर (लॉ) के लिए भारतीय बार काउंसिल द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त किसी विश्वविद्यालय से न्यूनतम 60% अंकों के साथ लॉ में ग्रेजुएशन चाहिए। साथ में राज्य बार काउंसिल या भारतीय बार काउंसिल तथा विधिक निकायों में पंजीकृत जरूरी है।

Deputy Manager: Depending on the position, the Deputy Manager (Human Resources) requires a graduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university, a two-year MBA, or a two-year postgraduate diploma, or a CA/CMA/CFA/Engineering degree. For the Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) position, candidates with a CA/CMA/CFA/Engineering degree from any field can also apply. The Deputy Manager (Law) position requires a law degree with a minimum of 60% marks from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India. Registration with the State Bar Council or the Bar Council of India and other legal bodies is also required.

जूनियर हिंदी ट्रांसलेटर :मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से हिन्दी में पोस्टग्रेजुएशन डिग्री या ग्रेजुएट लेवल पर इंग्लिश एक कंपल्सरी सब्जेक्ट में या परीक्षा के माध्यम से पढ़ा हो, इंग्लिश में पोस्टग्रेजुएशन डिग्री और ग्रेजुएट लेवल पर हिन्दी को कंपल्सरी सब्जेक्ट में पढ़ा हो।

Junior Hindi Translator: A postgraduate degree in Hindi from a recognized university, with English as a compulsory subject at the graduate level, or through examination. A postgraduate degree in English and Hindi as a compulsory subject at the graduate level.

सिलेक्शन (Selection)

डिप्टी मैनेजर का चयन ऑनलाइन परीक्षा, पर्सनल इंटरव्यू, डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन। वहीं जूनियर हिन्दी ट्रांसलेटर का सेलेक्शन प्रारंभिक परीक्षा और प्रगत परीक्षा के जरिए होगा।

The selection for the Deputy Manager will be based on an online examination, personal interview, and document verification. The selection for the Junior Hindi Translator will be based on a preliminary examination and advanced examination.

सैलरी (Salary)

54,870 रु/माह, अन्य अलाउंस का लाभ भी मिलेगा।

उम्र (Age)

18 - 30 साल, ऊपरी उम्र में आरक्षित वर्ग को नियमानुसार छूट मिलेगी।

फीस (Fees)

सामान्य, ईडब्ल्यूएस, ओबीसी श्रेणियों से संबंधित पुरुष को डिप्टी मैनेजर पद के 500 रुपए और जेएचटी पद के 150 रुपए शुल्क भुगतान होगा। एससी/ एसटी/ पीडब्ल्यूबीडी/  भूतपूर्व सैनिक/ डीओडीपीकेआईए/ एनपीसीआईएल की महिला अभ्यर्थियों और कर्मचारियों को शुल्क में छूट है।

Males belonging to General, EWS, and OBC categories will have to pay a fee of ₹500 for the post of Deputy Manager and ₹150 for the post of JHT. SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen/DODPKIA/Female candidates and employees of NPCIL are exempted from the fee.
