Applications have commenced for the recruitment of 182 posts for the Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Mains Examination conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC). Candidates who successfully cleared the Preliminary Examination may apply via the website uppsc.up.nic.in. Based on the results of the Preliminary Examination, 2,856 candidates have been shortlisted for the Mains Examination.

(सब्जेक्ट - मार्क्स -ड्यूरेशन) : जनरल नॉलेज -100 -03 घंटे, जनरल हिंदी -100 -03 घंटे, क्रिमिनल लॉ एंड प्रोसिजर -100 - 03 घंटे, लॉ ऑफ एविडेंस -100 -03 घंटे, अदर लॉ/एक्ट्स -100 -03 घंटे, एग्जाम टाइप : एमसीक्यू, निगेटिव मार्किंग : 0.33 मार्क्स।

(Subject – Marks – Duration): General Knowledge – 100 – 03 Hours; General Hindi – 100 – 03 Hours; Criminal Law and Procedure – 100 – 03 Hours; Law of Evidence – 100 – 03 Hours; Other Laws/Acts – 100 – 03 Hours. Exam Type: MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions). Negative Marking: 0.33 marks.

आयु (Age)

21 - 40 साल, रिजर्व कैटेगरी को अधिकतम उम्र में छूट दी जाएगी।

21 – 40 years; candidates belonging to reserved categories will be granted relaxation in the upper age limit.

फीस (Fees)

जनरल/ओबीसी/ईडब्ल्यूएस : 125 रुपए, एससी/एसटी : 65 रुपए, पीएच : 25 रुपए।
