गुजरात राज्य सड़क परिवहन निगम (जीएसआरटीसी) ने कंडक्टर और ड्राइवर के 8900 से ज्यादा पदों पर भर्ती है। इसमें कंडक्टर के लिए 4318 और ड्राइवर के लिए 4599 पद है। जीएसआरटीसी की वेबसाइट ojas.gujarat.gov.in से आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
The Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) is recruiting for over 8,900 posts of Conductors and Drivers. This includes 4,318 posts for Conductors and 4,599 posts for Drivers. Applications can be submitted via the GSRTC website: ojas.gujarat.gov.in.

एजुकेशन (Education)
मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 12वीं पास। कंप्यूटर की बेसिक जानकारी चाहिए, आरटीओ का वैलिड कंडक्टर लाइसेंस और बैज चाहिए।
Pass in Class 12 from a recognized board. Basic computer knowledge is required; a valid RTO conductor license and badge are mandatory.
शारीरिक योग्यता (Physical ability)
पुरुष : न्यूनतम हाइट : 162 सेमी, एसटी कैटेगरी के पुरुष : 160 सेमी, महिला : न्यूनतम हाइट : 158 सेमी।
Men: Minimum height: 162 cm; Men (ST category): 160 cm; Women: Minimum height: 158 cm.
सिलेक्शन (Selection)
रिटन एग्जाम, ड्राइविंग टेस्ट, इंटरव्यू, डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन।
Written exam, driving test, interview, document verification.
सैलरी (Salary)
22,000 - 28,000 रु/माह, अन्य अलाउंस का लाभ भी मिलेगा।
₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month; benefits of other allowances will also be provided.
एग्जाम पैटर्न (Exam Pattern)
लिखित परीक्षा (ओएमआर बेस्ड) 100 अंकों की होगी, जिसके लिए 1 घंटे (60 मिनट) का समय होगा, इसमें बहुविकल्पीय प्रकार के प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे और प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए (0.25) अंक की नेगेटिव मार्किंग का प्रावधान है।
The written examination (OMR-based) will carry 100 marks with a duration of 1 hour (60 minutes). It will consist of multiple-choice questions, and there is a provision for negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
आयु (Age)
ड्राइवर के लिए न्यूनतम : 25 साल, कंडक्टर के लिए न्यूनतम : 18 साल, सामान्य वर्ग के पुरुष : अधिकतम 35 साल, महिलाओं के लिए अधिकतम : 45 साल, एससी/एसटी/एसईबीसी/ईडब्ल्यूएस पुरुष : अधिकतम 40 साल, आयु की गणना 5 जुलाई 2026 के आधार पर की जाएगी।
Minimum for Driver: 25 years; Minimum for Conductor: 18 years; General category males: Maximum 35 years; Women: Maximum 45 years; SC/ST/SEBC/EWS males: Maximum 40 years. Age will be calculated as of July 5, 2026.
फीस (Fees)
जनरल : 300 + जीएसटी, अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति/एसईबीसी/ईडब्ल्यूएस/पूर्व सैनिक/दिव्यांग/सभी वर्गों की महिला : 200 रुपए + जीएसटी।
General: ₹300 + GST; SC/ST/SEBC/EWS/Ex-servicemen/PwD/Women of all categories: ₹200 + GST.
