The company operates on an integrated yarn-to-cloth manufacturing model, encompassing processes such as knitting, dyeing, printing, brushing, polishing, sueding, stentering, bonding, and finishing. Its manufacturing unit is located in Ludhiana, Punjab—a prominent textile hub—offering easy access to raw materials, suppliers, logistics services, and distribution networks. The unit is equipped with modern textile machinery imported from Korea, Taiwan, and China and features an in-house effluent treatment plant. The company holds ISO certification for its quality management system.

मधुर निट क्राफ्ट्स 'मेड-टू-ऑर्डर' प्रोडक्शन मॉडल अपनाती है, यह मुख्य से कस्टमर के कन्फर्म ऑर्डर मिलने पर ही प्रोडक्ट बनाती है। इसके प्रोडक्ट पूरे भारत में होलसेलर, डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर, रिटेलर, इंस्टीट्यूशनल खरीदारों और सीधे कस्टमर के साथ संबंधों के ज़रिए बेचते हैं। कंपनी दूसरी टेक्सटाइल कंपनियों के लिए डाइंग, निटिंग और फिनिशिंग जैसी जॉब वर्क सर्विस भी देती है।
