The company manufactures products ranging from 8 mm to 40 mm in size. Its corporate and registered office is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, while its Samakhiali facility is situated near ports in the state. During the nine-month period ending December 2024, the majority of sales were generated through its network of distributors and dealers. Business operations are conducted primarily on a B2B basis, catering to the needs of three main customer segments: distributors, dealers, and institutional customers. These intermediaries supply the products to builders and contractors.

The company operates two manufacturing facilities in Gujarat: the Samakhiali facility, which is vertically integrated, and the Viramgam facility, which is operated by its material subsidiary, German TMX Private Limited. They are currently in the process of increasing the installed capacity of sponge iron from 66,000 tonnes per annum to approximately 148,500 tonnes per annum, raising the MS billet production capacity from 214,500 TPA to 412,500 TPA, and increasing the existing TMT bar production capacity at the Samakhyali facility from 181,500 tonnes per annum to 346,500 tonnes per annum.
