Established in 2014, Green Asia Impex Limited specializes in sourcing, processing, manufacturing and exporting of Frozen Prawns and Dried Chilli. The company mainly processes and exports frozen seafood and agri-commodities such as frozen prawns and dried chillies. It supplies to B2B customers like importers, distributors and food processors in the country and abroad. As of August 2026, the company had 136 permanent employees.

The company operates in both shrimp processing and chilli trading segments and offers a diverse portfolio of agri-exports. In the case of prawns, it processes and exports vannamei, black tiger and freshwater varieties in formats like HLSO and PD. In terms of chilli, it trades and exports key Indian varieties like Teja, Guntur Sannam and Byadagi, which meet domestic and international demand based on pungency and colour. Shrimp harvesting is from February to October and chilli harvesting is from January to April, so this two-product strategy helps balance seasonal fluctuations and ensure consistent operations.

कंपनी अभी आंध्र प्रदेश के उंगुतुरु में एक सेमी-ऑटोमेटेड झींगा प्रोसेसिंग फ़ैसिलिटी (1838.76 वर्ग मीटर) चलाती है, जिसकी क्षमता 7,200 मिलियन टन प्रतिवर्ष (ब्लॉक फ़्रीज़िंग) और 3,600 मिलियन टन प्रतिवर्षहै। कामकाज बढ़ाने के लिए, कंपनी चेन्नायागुडेम (4,955.69 वर्ग मीटर) में एक नई फ़ैसिलिटी बनाने की योजना रही है, जिससे 16,200 मिलियन टन प्रतिवर्ष क्षमता जुड़ेगी। इससे प्रोसेसिंग क्षमता में काफ़ी बढ़ोतरी होगी और एक्सपोर्ट-आधारित ग्रोथ को बढ़ावा मिलेगा।

The company currently operates a semi-automated shrimp processing facility (1838.76 sq m) at Unguturu, Andhra Pradesh, with a capacity of 7,200 mtpa (block freezing) and 3,600 mtpa (freezing). To expand operations, the company plans to build a new facility at Chennayagudem (4,955.69 sq m), which will add 16,200 mtpa capacity. This will significantly increase processing capacity and promote export-led growth.
