The company primarily provides equity and derivatives brokerage services, facilitating the trading of equities, IPOs, and other securities for retail clients, including resident and non-resident Indians. Under the brand name "Shah Investors," the company also offers mutual fund distribution, margin funding, and stock lending and borrowing services. As of March 2026, the company serviced over 100,000 demat accounts, with a base of more than 38,000 active clients and a network of over 181 authorized persons. By July 2026, the company employed 167 permanent staff members across functions such as accounts, compliance, demat, helpdesk, research, IT, MTF & SLB, sales, and trading.
