फरवरी 2005 में बनी, यूनिटेक फाइबर्स लिमिटेड रीसाइकल्ड पॉलिएस्टर स्टेपल फाइबर बनाने वाली कंपनी है। यह कंपनी रीसाइकल्ड पीईटी फ्लेक्स, पीईटी चिप्स और इस्तेमाल के बाद बचे पॉलिएस्टर वेस्ट से सस्टेनेबल पॉलिएस्टर फाइबर बनाती है। कंपनी ऑटोमोबाइल, होम फर्निशिंग और टेक्सटाइल जैसे उद्योगों को आरपीएसएफ सप्लाई करती है, जहाँ इसके प्रोडक्ट्स का इस्तेमाल कारपेट, रूफ लाइनर, ट्रंक, सोफे, पर्दे और स्पिनिंग जैसे कामों में होता है।

Established in February 2005, Unitech Fibers Limited is a manufacturer of recycled polyester staple fiber. The company produces sustainable polyester fiber from recycled PET flakes, PET chips, and post-consumer polyester waste. It supplies RPSF to industries such as automotive, home furnishing, and textiles, where its products are used in applications like carpets, roof liners, trunk linings, sofas, curtains, and spinning.

कंपनी महाराष्ट्र के एमआईडीसी तारापुर इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया में दो मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्लांट चलाती है, जिनकी कुल प्रोडक्शन क्षमता 27,984 मिलियन टन प्रतिवर्ष है। प्रोडक्शन क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए यह गुजरात के वलसाड में एक तीसरा मैन्युफैक्चरिंग यूनिट भी लगा रही है। यूनिटेक फाइबर्स कड़े क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड्स का पालन करती है और आईएसओ, ओईको-टेक्स और ग्लोबल रीसाइकल्ड स्टैंडर्ड सर्टिफिकेशन हैं, जो क्वालिटी, पर्यावरण की सस्टेनेबिलिटी और रीसाइकल्ड प्रोडक्ट बनाने के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता को दिखाते हैं।

The company operates two manufacturing plants in the MIDC Tarapur Industrial Area, Maharashtra, with a combined production capacity of 27,984 metric tonnes per annum. To expand its production capacity, it is also setting up a third manufacturing unit in Valsad, Gujarat. Unitech Fibers adheres to stringent quality standards and holds ISO, OEKO-TEX, and Global Recycled Standard certifications, reflecting its commitment to quality, environmental sustainability, and the production of recycled goods.

मार्च 2026 तक, यूनिटेक फाइबर्स में प्रोडक्शन, क्वालिटी, मेंटेनेंस, फाइनेंस, प्रोक्योरमेंट, डिस्पैच, इंपोर्ट-एक्सपोर्ट, ह्यूमन रिसोर्स और एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव कामों में 171 स्थायी कर्मचारी काम कर रहे थे। दो दशकों से ज़्यादा के इंडस्ट्री अनुभव वाली अनुभवी मैनेजमेंट टीम के नेतृत्व में, कंपनी सस्टेनेबल मैन्युफैक्चरिंग, कुशल प्रोडक्शन प्रोसेस और ग्राहकों के साथ लंबे समय तक चलने वाले रिश्तों पर ध्यान देती है।

As of March 2026, Unitech Fibers employed 171 permanent staff members across functions including production, quality, maintenance, finance, procurement, dispatch, import-export, human resources, and administration.
