Incorporated in May 2012, Shellz India Limited is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of confectionery products, as well as the manufacturing and supply of food and bakery ingredients. Its product portfolio comprises over 300 SKUs across various categories, catering to the needs of consumers in urban, semi-urban, and rural markets. The company sells its consumer products under the 'Hugs' and 'Tosca' brands. The Hugs portfolio includes baked treats, choco delights, jellies, and pan-coated and sugar confectionery; these are primarily positioned in the mass-market range, with most products priced at ₹10 or less. The Tosca brand focuses on the mass-premium segment through diverse product formats and packaging, with an emphasis on e-commerce and quick-commerce channels. Its portfolio also features 'Tosca Oat Choco,' an oat- and grain-based bar designed as an alternative to traditional confectionery products.

कंपनी के डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन नेटवर्क में 300 से ज़्यादा सुपर स्टॉकिस्ट हैं और मार्च 2026 तक इसके प्रोडक्ट्स भारत के लगभग 24 राज्यों में किराना दुकानों पर हैं। ब्रांड के अलावा, कंपनी थर्ड-पार्टी ग्राहकों के लिए प्राइवेट-लेबल मैन्युफैक्चरिंग भी करती है और मिडिल ईस्ट, दक्षिण एशिया और यूरोप सहित अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाज़ारों में प्रोडक्ट्स एक्सपोर्ट करती है। इसके कामकाज को इन-हाउस मैन्युफैक्चरिंग, प्रोडक्ट डेवलपमेंट, रिसर्च एंड डेवलपमेंट और क्वालिटी एश्योरेंस क्षमताओं का समर्थन है।

The company’s distribution network includes over 300 super-stockists, and its products are available at *kirana* (local grocery) stores across approximately 24 Indian states. In addition to its own brands, the company undertakes private-label manufacturing for third-party clients and exports products to international markets, including the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe. Its operations are supported by in-house capabilities in manufacturing, product development, research and development (R&D), and quality assurance.
