The company uses traditional breeding techniques to create hybrid seeds, which have higher yields, quality, and improved resistance to pests and diseases compared to natural varieties. As of September 2025, the company had 166 on-roll employees and 131 contract employees.

For large-scale production, the company works under agreements with seed growers and monitors their fields to ensure correct practices. After harvesting, the seeds undergo rigorous quality checks before being processed at our facility in Ranebennur, Karnataka. The processed seeds are then packaged and supplied to dealers in several states. With over 8 years of operation and 20+ years of overall promoter experience, it is committed to providing high-quality hybrid seeds to farmers. The research and development team of breeders and staff continuously works on innovation to meet the evolving needs of farming.
