Shri Ram Twistex Manufactures Limited, established in July 2013, manufactures cotton yarns, including compact ring spun and carded yarns, both combed and carded. These yarns are used in both knitting and weaving for a variety of products such as denim, terry towels, shirting, sheeting, sweaters, socks, bottom wear, home textiles, and industrial fabrics. It also offers value-added yarns such as elli twist, compact slub yarn, and Lycra-blended yarn.

The company operates on a business-to-business model, supplying products to textile manufacturers, garment exporters, bulk purchasers, and fabric processors. It sells its products in states such as Gujarat, Rajasthan, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, and Punjab, as well as the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and also exports internationally.
