Products are sold in bulk—both unprocessed and processed/packaged. The company operates its own retail brand, 'Hunger Nuts,' offering pack sizes ranging from 250 grams to 30 kilograms. As of November 2025, the company had 794 customers, compared to 101 in the 2024-25 financial year. By November 2025, the company employed 51 people (including directors), supported by key managers and senior management personnel across sales, marketing, IT, finance, and plant operations.

The company is also active in the gifting segment, offering dry fruit hampers and customized mixes designed for corporate clients and festive occasions. It sources raw materials from domestic markets as well as from countries such as the UAE, Afghanistan, the USA, Chile, and Sri Lanka. Its processing unit, located at MIDC Mahape in Navi Mumbai, handles almond cracking (mechanical), walnut cracking (manual) and grading, cleaning, sorting, roasting, flavoring, and packaging.

Processing operations commenced in the 2025-26 financial year, with an annual capacity of 4,800 tonnes for almonds and 2,000 tonnes for walnuts. The company generates revenue from five business verticals: bulk B2B sales in containers; wholesale and corporate gifting sales; modern trade supplies to organized retail chains; export sales; and direct-to-customer sales via its website and third-party e-commerce platforms.
