Incorporated in November 2015, Dhaval Packaging Limited is engaged in the design, manufacturing, and supply of plastic packaging solutions for the food, FMCG, and industrial sectors. The company primarily manufactures In-Mold Labeling (IML) food containers and plastic pipe protection caps (end caps), serving clients both domestically and internationally. Its packaging solutions cater to the needs of industries such as dairy, sweets, bakery, confectionery, frozen foods, pharmaceuticals, agro-products, oil and gas, construction, infrastructure, and heavy engineering. As of May 2026, Dhaval Packaging employed 54 permanent staff members and 112 contract workers across functions including manufacturing, quality control, sales and marketing, accounts, compliance, and administration.

The company operates three manufacturing units in Sanand, Gujarat, equipped with 21 IML injection molding machines and one vacuum forming machine. Their production capacity exceeds 8,000 kilograms per day. Capabilities such as fully automated in-house IML manufacturing, backward integration (via a promoter group company) for label production, and in-house tooling enable the delivery of consistent quality, rapid turnaround times, and customized packaging solutions. Dhaval Packaging also exports its products to countries including Malaysia, Mauritius, Canada, the UAE, Qatar, and Australia.

Products: 1. IML (In-Mold Labeling) Containers: In this process, a printed label is placed inside the mold before the plastic is shaped, making the label an integral part of the container itself. This results in a durable, long-lasting finish that is resistant to moisture, scratches, and chemicals. The company offers approximately 39 IML container SKUs and supplies to several well-known Indian brands, in addition to exporting to international clients.
