The seed production process is well-planned, encompassing cultivation, processing, quality control, and packaging. As of April 2026, the company employed 18 staff members for various operations and also engaged daily-wage laborers as required.

The company collaborates with specially selected seed-growing farmers, providing them with seed material and technical guidance while closely monitoring crop quality.
फसल कटने के बाद, बीजों की अच्छी क्वालिटी और अंकुरण क्षमता सुनिश्चित के लिए जामनगर के जशापर में कंपनी की यूनिट में उनकी सफाई, ग्रेडिंग, ट्रीटमेंट और पैकेजिंग की जाती है। ज़रूरत पड़ने पर कंपनी सीधे किसानों और खुले बाज़ार से भी बीज खरीदती है।
Post-harvest, the seeds undergo cleaning, grading, treatment, and packaging at the company's unit in Jashapar, Jamnagar, to ensure high quality and germination potential. The company also procures seeds directly from farmers and the open market when necessary.
