मार्च 2024 में 'पंचतत्व भारत प्राइवेट लिमिटेड' के तौर पर बनी 'पंचतत्व भारत लिमिटेड' अपने ब्रांड 'एनजेडी' के तहत बिना सिले डेनिम फ़ैब्रिक बनाती और बेचती है। यह मुख्य से पूरे भारत में गारमेंट बनाने वालों, डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरों, डीलरों और थोक विक्रेताओं को सामान सप्लाई करती है। इसके डेनिम फ़ैब्रिक ग्राहकों की ज़रूरतों के हिसाब से अलग-अलग टेक्सचर, फ़िनिश और शेड में मिलते हैं और दिल्ली, उत्तर प्रदेश, गुजरात और राजस्थान जैसे मुख्य बाज़ारों में बेचते हैं। जुलाई 2026 तक, कंपनी में 9 कर्मचारी थे, जिनमें टॉप मैनेजमेंट और केएमपी, प्रोडक्शन और मैनेजमेंट स्टाफ़, अकाउंट्स, सेल्स और मार्केटिंग स्टाफ़ और सपोर्ट स्टाफ़ थे।
Incorporated in March 2024 as 'Panchtatva Bharat Private Limited' (now 'Panchtatva Bharat Limited'), the company manufactures and sells unstitched denim fabric under its brand 'NJD'. It primarily supplies products to garment manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and wholesalers across India. Its denim fabrics are available in various textures, finishes, and shades tailored to customer requirements and are sold in key markets such as Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Rajasthan. As of July 2026, the company employed 9 personnel, comprising top management and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), production and management staff, accounts, sales and marketing staff, and support staff.

The company employs a hybrid manufacturing model that combines arrangements with third-party manufacturers and in-house manufacturing using leased loom machinery. Its third-party manufacturing partners are located in Narol and Piplaj, Ahmedabad, while commercial operations using the company's leased loom machinery commenced in July 2025. The manufacturing process involves the procurement of cotton yarn or greige fabric, followed by weaving, dyeing, finishing, quality inspection, and packing, as per requirements.
